PHILADELPHIA (CBS) –- A second person has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 15-year-old girl last week in front of Albert Einstein Medical Center, in Logan.

A 19-year-old man was also critically injured in that incident.

Fifteen-year-old Quadir Gibson, of the 5900 block of Horrocks Street, is being charged as an adult in connection with the murder of Aisha Abdur-Rhaman on Monday afternoon.

The first suspect, 19-year-old Darien Person, surrendered Tuesday night.

Police say the 15-year-old girl was walking with a friend a half-block away when a fight broke out nearby.  The girl was struck and killed by a stray bullet.

Person reportedly opened fire as two groups of teenagers fought near the Olney Transportation Center.  One bullet killed Abdur-Rahman as she walked home from class at nearby Delaware Valley Charter High School with a girlfriend.  Two other bullets allegedly fired by Person critically wounded a 19-year-old man.

Police say Gibson was not the gunman but is being charged with criminal conspiracy, murder, attempted murder, and related crimes.  Investigators say he had a "significant role" in the case.  Police allege he summoned Person to the location and directed him to shoot.

Police say Abdur-Rhaman is the fourth person killed by stray bullets in the last two months.
