53-Year-Old Man Killed After Stepping Into Path Of Oncoming Car
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- A 53-year-old man was killed just before midnight when he stepped into the path of an oncoming car.
The accident happened near 5th and Luray streets in Philadelphia's Feltonville section.
The driver of the car stopped to offer assistance and call police. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charges were filed.
