In addition to fighting stress and anxiety, yoga can improve your overall well-being. Yoga increases your physical strength and, when you feel stronger, you feel healthier.
Talk with your doctor before beginning an exercise program like yoga. Ask him or her if there are any yoga exercises you should avoid. But definitely look into it.
