Two Women Seriously Injured In Hit-And-Run Crash In Old City
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who struck a car along the Philadelphia waterfront and then fled.
Police say two cars collided around 2:15 a.m. Sunday at Delaware Avenue and Race Streets in Old City.
Police say two women in their 20's were inside one of the cars involved in the crash. They had to extricated from the vehicle. Both women were taken to Hahnemann University Hospital in critical but stable condition.
The driver of the second vehicle ran from the scene on foot and remains at large. Police have not released a description of that vehicle.
