PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police are investigating a shooting at a playground in Northeast Philadelphia that left one man critically injured.

Officers responding to a call for a shooting arrived to find an 18-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
Witnesses tell police the victim was at the playground with several of his friends when a man approached, announced a robbery and then pulled a gun. He was taken to Aria Torresdale Hospital in critical condition.
The shooter fled on foot. It was unclear how much, if any, money was stolen.
