Bucks County Police Investigating Alleged Indecent Exposure

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) – Police in Bucks County are investigating an alleged indecent exposure.

The incident happened on Aug. 20 around 7:30 p.m. Two juvenile females, ages 12 and 13, reported they had been fishing at the river area located at East Ferry and River Roads.

While at that location, the girls saw a black pick-up truck drive up and down East Ferry Road multiple times.

At one point, the victims say, the vehicle stopped in the area and the driver exited the truck while clearing his throat loudly. It's believed this was to get the girls' attention.

The victims then saw the male drop his pants and display his genitals while fondling himself.

At that point, the teens say they fled the area and called police.

The suspect is described as a while male in his late 30s or 40s with brown facial hair. The vehicle is said to be a black pick-up truck with silver side rails.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 215-493-4055 or call 911.
