A Pleasant Start To The Week

By Justin Drabick

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It didn't feel like the middle of August this weekend with very low humidity levels and high temperatures slightly below average. If you enjoyed the weather, you will enjoy Monday's conditions. We will experience more of the same with sunshine, high temperatures in the low to mid 80s and low humidity values. A northerly breeze will keep our air mass on the dry side for one more day, before conditions change up for the middle of the week.

A weak low pressure system will track by to our south on Tuesday morning. There is a chance of a shower, mainly across south New Jersey and Delaware. If the storm tracks farther south, then all areas would remain dry with just some clouds with high sin the low 80s. However, the humidity levels will begin to rise a bit as the wind will switch more easterly. Wednesday will be even more humid with partly sunny skies and highs in the mid 80s, before a better chance for some scattered showers and storms return for the end of the week.
