The Press of Atlantic City reports there’s a flier making the rounds of law enforcement that says Andrew Biddle may be “alive and well and on the run.”

Biddle was believed to be aboard a pontoon boat that crashed July 20th on rocks in the bay in Longport.

He and another man are facing theft charges in Atlantic County involving boat sales.

Atlantic County prosecutors wouldn’t confirm the report, and Egg Harbor Township police were unavailable for comment.

But New Jersey State Police, while unable to confirm the existence of any such flier, indicate they are looking into the boating accident and the initial report of Biddle being missing.
