The Forum Of Executive Women Looks For A Non-Profit Partner Organization

By John Ostapkovich

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Time is running out for a smaller non-profit group to make what could be a game-changing connection.

If you work in the mailroom, think what it might mean to be invited to brainstorm with senior staff. In a way, that's what the Forum Ally program offers one small non-profit group.

The Forum of Executive Women is looking for a Forum Ally, says Suzanne Mayes, a partner at Cozen O'Connor and Forum VP. While the selected group will not get a monetary donation, it gets something potentially more valuable, access.

"We have a lot of talented women who are already very civically engaged, but are always looking for additional ways to give back, build relationships, so look at this as a partnership," Mayes said.

The winning group must share the Forum's vision.

"Our focus is on leveraging the power of executive women to expand the influence of women leaders so we're interested in not-for-profit organizations that either have an initiative or a mission focused on potentially advancing women, girls, education," she said.

The application deadline is July 30th. You can find the details here.
