PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police are investigating the discovery of a body Sunday afternoon in the Pennypack Creek.

Authorities say the body of a white male was found in the water around 12:15 p.m. near Rhawn Street and Lexington Avenue.

Police are still working to identify the body.

The body was taken to the medical examiner’s office, where officials are hoping to find out how this man died.
