Businesses Along Schuylkill River Trail Appeal To Cyclists

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Businesses along the Schuylkill River Bike Trail are appealing to bikers to come and set a spell.
JoMarie Fields and her husband, Ken, have been operating the Outbound Station Coffee Shop for almost two years. One reason for the location right along the Schuylkill Bike Trail, is Ken is an avid cycler. Jo Marie says the menu reflects the biker's needs.
"We have all the energy bars, hydration drinks, we offer breakfast, we offer lunch, a restroom of course, we offer free ice and water for the bicycle water bottles and off and running they go."
And don't forget those unexpected breakdowns.
"My husband also supplies a bike pump for folks that maybe have little breakdowns, patches, tools so we're here for them."
The coffee shop is right along the trail in Conshohocken.
