2 Stabbed Inside Olney Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating why a female stabbed two people inside a Philadelphia home early Wednesday morning.

The stabbings happened inside a home in the 200 block of W. Albanus Street in the Olney section.

According to investigators, three people were inside a home when a female, for unknown reasons, stabbed another female and male.

The female was stabbed in the head, neck and chest and the man suffered multiples cuts to various parts of his body.

Police said the suspect also had a cut on her arm.

All three were taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center in stable condition. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening.

It was not immediately known if any charges were filed.
