Some Area Towns Rescheduling July 4th Festivities Due To Weather
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- In light of the poor weather, some towns are canceling or rescheduling their Independence Day fireworks displays and other related events.

The Philly Pops concert originally scheduled for Thursday night on Independence Mall has been moved to the Kimmel Center. Still free of charge, admission is first come, first served.
Kiwanis Club of Ambler - postponed until July 5th
Lower Providence Township - canceled (not rescheduled at this time)
Lawncrest 4th of July parade is postponed until 11am Friday.
Upper Darby - postponed until July 5
Marple-Newtown Fourth of July parade and the "Firecracker 5K" run are rescheduled for Saturday, July 5th. The run will start at 9:15am and the parade at 10am.
NJ
Atlantic City - rescheduled to Sunday, July 6 at 9:30 p.m.
Cape May - rescheduled to July 6 at 9 p.m.
Barnegat Township - rescheduled to July 5 at Barnegat Docks
Medford Township - postponed to July 19
Middle Township - rescheduled for July 6 at 4 p.m. (fireworks at 9 p.m.)
Moorestown - The Independence Day Parade has been canceled (not rescheduled at this time)
Ocean City - rescheduled for Saturday, July 5 at 9:30 p.m.
Sea Isle City - Fireworks rescheduled for Saturday, July 5, at 9:15 p.m. The Junior Olympics at Dealy Field are canceled with no re-schedule date. The Atlantic Pops Concert at the Sea Isle City Band Shell is also canceled with no re-schedule date. In addition, the Neil Diamond tribute concert at the Sea Isle City Band Shell on Saturday, July 5, will begin at 7:30 p.m. (not 8:00 p.m.).
Stone Harbor - rescheduled for Saturday, July 5
Washington Township - postponed until July 13
Wildwood - rescheduled for Saturday, July 5 at 10 p.m.
