Clearing Out!

By Geoff Bansen

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- After a round of showers and thunderstorms moved through last night, conditions are starting to clear throughout the Delaware Valley. The sun will make a return on Thursday, with a few clouds and a perhaps a spotty leftover shower. Although we will see a minor cool down for the weekend, it will remain warm and humid in the meantime. Expect high temperatures on Thursday in the upper 80s.

Friday looks good as well, with perhaps an isolated shower or thunderstorm during the afternoon. Right now, the weekend looks great with mid-80s and sun and clouds both days and lower humidity.

Looking ahead to next week, the temperatures and humidity levels will both rise and make for a steamy work week! We expect to be tracking some thunderstorms by the middle of the week.
