Learn to add herbs and their nutritional punch to all kinds of meals and beverages. Plus, how to preserve the herbs you grow this summer as powders, vinegars, and even tinctures (hey I’ve never made a tincture have you?) so you’ll have plenty on hand all year.

The cost is $25 or $20 for PHS members, including wine, cheese and a cocktail concocted with fresh-picked infusions from the herb garden at the College of Physicians on 22nd Street just south of Market – be there today by 5:30.
