Man Shot In Northeast Philly, Drives Himself To Hospital

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A man drove himself to the hospital Saturday afternoon after he was reportedly shot in the Torresdale neighborhood of Philadelphia.

This happened just before 4 p.m.

The 44-year-old victim initially told police he was shot at a Citizens Bank ATM machine on the 12000 Block of Knights Road, but later changed his story to report he was shot in a Dunkin Donuts parking lot on the 900 block of West Girard Avenue.

The victim drove himself to Aria Torresdale Hospital with a gunshot wound to his thigh. He is in stable condition.

No arrests have been made. The shooting and the exact details remain under investigation.
