PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia’s done it again.

CNN Travel and GQ have already labeled the City of Brotherly Love one of the best cities for beer in the country; now, Huffington Post is also citing Philly as a great place to enjoy a cold one.

According to the April 29th article, Philadelphia is the fifth best city for suds.

Calling Center City the “center of all the action,” Philly also got props for its drinking history.

“Beer-filled taverns have been a mainstay since Philly’s founding,” the writer says, “and have only continued to grow in popularity and abundance since then.”

Other cities to make the list include Austin, Boston and San Diego. Portland ranked number one.
