WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – According to police, a suspect wanted for flashing a female jogger in Brandywine Park over the weekend has turned himself in after being identified in a photograph released by the police department. (See Previous Story)

An investigation began April 12 when a female jogger was flashed by a male in running attire. The victim took a picture of the suspect and turned it over to authorities.
Police then distributed the picture and received numerous tips that identified Saienni as the suspect.READ MORE: 5 People Injured In Camden County Crash Involving Tour Buses
Futher investigation implicated Saienni as the suspect in a September 25, 2013 flashing incident in which he allegedly exposed himself to a passing female jogger, also in Brandywine Park.
