Tax Deadline Day Also 'Freebie' Day

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- While April 15th is often viewed as a scary day on the calendar by many taxpayers, it can also be seen as a great day to score some freebies.
Many companies are giving away free or discounted stuff on this Tax Deadline Day.
Arby's is giving away a free snack-sized curly fry at all locations nationwide. All you to have to do is head to Arby's website and print out a coupon.
At California Tortilla, you can get free chips and queso with any purchase. You don't need a coupon. All you have to say is "Taxes, Schmaxes" to the cashier.
Boston Market is offering up its "Tax Day Tax Break" meal all day today. For $10.40 (get it?), you get two individuals meals that consist of a half rotisserie chicken with two home style sides and freshly baked cornbread.
If you enjoy singing in public and free entrees, then Hard Rock Café is your place to be. The company is offering customers a chance to "Sing For Their Supper." All you have to do is pick a song, sing it in front of the entire restaurant and a free entrée is yours.
The fast food chain Sonic is offering half-off on its soft drinks and slushes.
