Ocean County Man Facing Charges For Allegedly Attempting To Meet Underage Girl For Sex
MOUNT HOLLY, NJ (CBS) – A 21-year-old Little Egg Harbor man has been arrested after police say he showed up at a pre-determined location in order to have sex with a woman he believed to be underage.
Kerry E. Hilton reportedly thought he'd been communicating online with a 13-year-old girl when he went to the Pemberton Township location on April 7th.
Instead, Hilton was taken into custody by police, who found he had several kinds of alcohol and drug paraphernalia inside his car at the time of his arrest.
Hilton is being held in the Burlington County Jail, with bail set at $200,000. He is now facing charges of Attempt to Commit Sexual Assault and Attempted Luring.
