Sixers Fans Prefer Parker To Wiggins... Just Barely

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -  The Sixers are in the midst of a franchise worst 24 game losing streak and currently own the second worst record in all of the NBA (15-55), still two games ahead of the dreadful Milwaukee Bucks. Fans have been salivating over the potential players the Sixers might acquire in the upcoming draft.

The discussion over the past few months surrounding the Sixers has predominantly shifted to the college side of basketball, as many debate who would be better for the Sixers: Jabari Parker or Andrew Wiggins?

After the first four days of the NCAA tournament concluded yesterday, both have been eliminated, Parker in his first game, Wiggins in his second. Parker went 4-14 from the field, scoring 14 points and grabbing seven boards in somewhat limited time due to foul trouble. Parker's Blue Devils were shocked by the 14th seeded Bears of Mercer, in a 78-71 upset.

After scoring 19 points on 7-13 shooting in Kansas' round of 64 win over Eastern Kentucky, Wiggins made only one of six shots from the field in 34 minutes yesterday, finishing with a mere four points, well below his 17.1 PPG average. Wiggins looked disinterested at times and Kansas was upset by the 10th seeded Stanford Cardinal in the round of 32.

Today, on the "Mike & Ike Show" fans were polled to see which player the Sixers should draft. Parker edged out Wiggins in a very tight race.
