By Brad Segall

COLLINGDALE, Pa. (CBS) -- Authorities in Delaware County have released some new information as they step up their efforts to find the driver behind a deadly hit-and-run crash earlier this month in Collingdale, Pa.

Detectives say they are now looking for a light-colored -- possibly tan or gold -- Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC Yukon, model year 1992-1999, with five distinctive "clearance" lights located above the windshield.

Investigators say the SUV may also have running boards.

Police have been following up numerous leads but so far have made no arrests in connection with the crash that killed 58-year-old Timothy McCaughan of Collingdale.  He was struck and killed in the area of Spruce Street and Clifton Avenue, on March 7th (see related story).

Police believe the driver was a light-skinned black or Hispanic male with short, curly hair, a close-cut, full beard, and a stocky build.

There is now a $3,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
