Dom Giordano Speaks With Head Of Post Brothers Security About Union Harassment

By Dom Giordano

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Dom Giordano spoke with Jim Morris today on Talk Radio 1210 WPHT. Morris is the Head of Security for Post Brothers, a real estate development company. He joined Giordano to discuss the continued harassment and abuse Post Brothers claims their employees and families are subjected to at the hands of unions.

Last month, a judge ruled that union activities focused against their Director of Business Development, Sarina Rose, was not serious enough to be considered a crime.

"On one occasion, a protest outside of the residence; they would have line protesting outside of Mrs. Pestronk's [the wife co-owner Matthew Pestronk] of residence, and on one occasion about 20 of the converged on the building, bullied their way in the vestibule and the lobby area because they knew that was the time Mrs. Pestronk would be leaving with their four-year-old child. At that point, the concierge had to call the police to get it under patrol." Smith said, describing a confrontation.

He also claimed union members also edited photos of Matthew Pestronk's wife into images of sexual acts and posted them on buildings throughout the city.

"I'm surprised there hasn't been any type of worse incidents," Morris stated.

He also accused union protesters of targeting the son of Matthew Pestronk.

"They did show up at his daycare center, which you would think would be out of bounds in a labor dispute, but however they have shown up there," he said.
