Clogged Drain Shuts Down Bristol Road In Southampton
SOUTHAMPTON, Pa., (CBS) – Police say Bristol Road will be shut down to traffic until Thursday afternoon due to a drainage problem.
Northampton Township Police say they were informed by PennDOT that Bristol Road will be closed until 3 p.m. Thursday between Knowles Avenue and 2nd Street Pike.
PennDOT crews will work to fix a clogged drain under the roadway.
Police say the road has been flooded at times because of the drainage problem.
