Investigators Seek Help Identifying Woman Found Along Delaware River in West Deptford

WEST DEPTFORD, N.J., (CBS) – Investigators are asking for the public's help with identifying the body of a woman found along the Delaware River shoreline in West Deptford.

The Gloucester County Prosecutor's office says a helicopter pilot flying near the Wheelabrator solid waste disposal property on Jan. 15th spotted the remains and notified police.

According to investigators, the unidentified white female is believed to be between 30 and 60-years-old.  She is between 5'5" and 5'7" in height and weighed 160 to 180 pounds. She has salt-and-pepper hair that appeared to be dyed brown. She has no scars or tattoos.

Investigators say she was found wearing a black brand-name "Seventy-Seven" hooded, fur-lined jacket,  size XL, a gray brand-name "ENYCE" hooded sweatshirt, a blue brand-name "Destiny" denim jacket, a blue brand-name "Cellucap" tyvek shirt, similar to hospital attire, blue brand-name "Liz Claiborne"  cotton pants, size 14W, New Balance 690 female sneakers, size 9, and brown socks with rubber grips, similar to hospital attire.
