PHILADELPHIA (CBS)–Those tuned into Wednesday afternoon’s Dick Morris Program with Gary R’nel heard Dick’s frustration with Congress’ inability to curb President Obama from using Executive Orders.
Congressman Jim Gerlach (PA-6th District), motivated by the testimony of Jonathan Turley of George Washington University to the House Judiciary Committee last year, has introduced the H.R. 3857 – Enforce the Take Care Clause Act of 2014. The “Take Care Clause” of the Constitution requires a president to faithfully execute all laws.
