Cops Charge Alleged 'Swiss Cheese Pervert'

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man coined with the nickname "Swiss Cheese Pervert" for his alleged indecent acts in Northeast Philadelphia is under police arrest.

The suspect, identified by police as 41-year-old Chris Pagano, was arrested at his home in Norristown Thursday morning by officers with Philadelphia's Special Victims Unit.

Pagano was taken to the Philadelphia Special Victims Unit for processing.

Police say Pagano is being charged with indecent exposure, stalking, harassment and open lewdness.

According to investigators, on at least one occasion, the suspect allegedly offered a female money to watch him put Swiss cheese on his private parts.

The first incident occurred on on New Year's Day in the area of 7400 Frankford Avenue and two other incidents occurred on January 5th on the 7100 Block of Frankford Avenue and later on the 4200 Block of Chippendale Street.

The suspect has been spotted in several neighborhoods, including Mayfair.

The photos of the suspect first surfaced on the Mayfair Town Watch Facebook page.
