2 Injured, 1 Critically In Separate Philadelphia Shootings

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - One man is in critical condition, and another hospitalized following two separate shooting that occurred right around the same time in Philadelphia Saturday night.

The first shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. on the 2400 block of Cumberland Street in the cities Kensington section. Police say a 24-year-old man was shot twice, then taken to Temple Hospital where he is in critical condition. No arrests have been made.

Minutes later, a 22-year-old man was shot once in the shoulder on the 6100 block of Algard Street in the cities Torresdale neighborhood. He was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital and is in stable condition.

Both shootings are under investigation.
