UPDATE: Bristol Road Reopens Following Water Main Break In Bensalem

BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS)—A water main break caused traffic delays during rush hour Thursday night in Bucks County.

It happened around 3:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of E. Bristol Road in Bensalem.

Eastbound lanes between Pine Street and Fulton Avenue were shut down for about six hours as crews worked to repair the break.

No evacuations were reported.

The eastbound lanes of Bristol Road reopened to traffic around 9 p.m., however Bensalem Police say workers will still be in the area working until midnight.
