By Matt Leon

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The 76ers are in Minnesota for a Wednesday night match-up with the Timberwolves.

Brett Brown's squad is 7-15 on the season and they bring a three-game losing streak into this match-up. Last time out on Monday, they lost to the Los Angeles Clippers 94-83 at the Center. Philadelphia has also dropped eight straight games on the road. The 76ers won their first game away from home against the Wizards on November 1st, but they haven't won on the road since.

The Timberwolves are 10-11 on the season and they are coming off a 121-94 win over Detroit on Tuesday night.

Evan Turner continues to pace the Sixers in scoring, pouring in 20.7 a game. Big man Kevin Love paces the Timberwolves at 23.8 ppg.

The Sixers will once again be without rookie guard Michael Carter-Williams. He will miss his fourth straight game with a knee issue. The Sixers are 1-6 this season when Carter-Williams is not in the line-up.

KYW's Matt Leon spoke with the television voice of the 76ers, Marc Zumoff of Comcast SportsNet, about this match-up.
