PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police are investigating the possible abduction of a woman that was caught on tape.

The incident happened at about 4:15 p.m. Monday in the 1900 block of Green Street in the city’s Spring Garden section.

The male then placed the female into the back of his car through the driver’s side and was last seen driving eastbound on Green Street from 19th Street.

The incident was caught on surveillance tape.

The offender is described as a bald black male wearing a dark-colored jacket. He was driving a black Chrysler CP with possible partial Pennsylvania tag “JFM.”
