Psychologist Charged With Lewd Act In His Phila. Family Court Office

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A psychologist with the Philadelphia Family Court System has been charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness for an incident which allegedly happened on Monday.

The district attorney's office says 45-year-old Cornelius Fergueson was in his office in the Family Court building, and performing a lewd act on himself.

The DA's office says two students in Hallahan High School, a Catholic girls' school across the street, saw Fergueson's behavior through his office window and the police were called.

Fergueson was arraigned this morning and released on his own recognizance.   He next court date is January 6th, at 1801 Vine Street.
