PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Have a question for the NJ state senate president Steve Sweeney? He will be answering questions on Twitter beginning today.

On Twitter –Steve Sweeney is not nearly as popular as two other New Jersey politicians- Gov. Christie or Senator Cory Booker. But starting today he will answer at least five questions from the public every Thursday.

“I’m kind of like a dinosaur but I recognize this a great way to reach people and communicate with people.”

Sweeney says you can ask whatever you like on “Twitter Thursdays”

“We’ll answer the questions they give us to the best of our ability. Whatever comes in we’ll do our best to answer.”
