Police ID Victim Struck By School Bus In Mayfair
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)-- One woman is dead following a school bus accident around 10:47 a.m. Tuesday morning.
According to police, Kristen Fink, 27, was struck and killed by the school bus when she was attempting to cross Frankford Avenue in Mayfair.
Police say Fink was trapped under the right rear tire.
At the time of accident the bus was being utilized as a "training" school bus, operated by a trainee. There was also a trainer and approximately four more trainees on board.
The victim was pronounced dead by medics at 11:00 am.
No charges have been filed at this time.
An investigation is ongoing.
