PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (CBS) -- Dave Magrogan is getting ready to open his 14th restaurant, the second under the "Stella Rosa" name. This one will be at 10th and Walnut in center city, in a location formerly occupied by Marathon Grill and then Square Peg.
"Our job is to sort of warm up the space and really make it a very comfortable, neighborhood Italian restaurant," Magrogan (top photo) tells What's Cooking. "Maybe one day you're getting a chopped salad, one day you're getting pizza, and one day you're going for an entrée."

On Saturday, October 19th, it's the fifth annual "Bloktoberfest," on South Street between Broad and 18th.
"Bloktoberfest is Philly's biggest, beeriest block party," says Josh Dubin, executive producer of the event.
(Kuznits:) "Beeriest?"
(Dubin:) "Definitely! It's a key adjective there."

Dubin says there will be food, music, and more food.

And to help you get into the Halloween holiday spirit, the next "Witch Craft Beer Crawl" takes place Wednesday, October 23rd, on Passyunk Avenue.
-----
Renee Gilinger, executive director of the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District, says this is the third year for the event.
"What's more fun than getting into a crazy costume and then going to drink craft beer all night? And then maybe getting to win about $350 in gift certificates out of it? It's a good time!" she says.
