PHILADELPHIA (CBS) –- Just a couple weeks ago, the Philadelphia Union’s hopes for a postseason were fading fast. Two big wins in a row, and suddenly they’re right back in the hunt.

This week, the KYW Philly Soccer Show focuses on the Union’s dramatic return to playoff ambitions.

KYW’s Greg Orlandini and Philly Soccer Page writer Eli Pearlman-Storch talk about the team’s change of fortunes after a dramatic win against Toronto last week.

A free kick goal from World Cup winning midfielder Kleberson in the final moments of the match last Saturday put the team in fifth place in the Eastern Conference.

Another positive for the Union is Michael Farfan. The midfielder, who has struggled most of the season, turned in a second solid performance in as many games.

The Union are set to take on rival DC United this Saturday. DC United are in the throes of terrible season, posting only three wins on the year.
