"There's really no narrative to it. It really is just pure dance," says artistic director Roy Kaiser.

Kaiser also says this ballet by George Balanchine showcases the entire company.

"It's really a ballet about movement and its reflection of the music," he explains.

It's also a collection of works from classical masters -- Stravinsky, Fauré and Tchaikovsky.

"Balanchine took his inspiration from the beautiful jewelry designer Claude Arpels. What's really wonderful about this is that the three sections are so distinct and so distinctly different that it's pretty hard not to hit that goal of having somebody say, 'Wow,'" Kaiser says.
