2 Delaware Men Arrested On Heroin Charges

LEWES, Del. (AP) — Delaware state police say two men, including a probationer on home confinement, have been arrested as part of an investigation into heroin dealing.

Police identified the men as 38-year-old Eric L. Howell and 28-year-old Jason R. Kehler, both of Millsboro.

Police say both men were arrested Friday.

Authorities say troopers set up surveillance on Howell, who was on home confinement but allowed to leave home for work, after determining that he was selling large quantities of heroin. Howell and Kehler were arrested after an alleged drug sale at a Lewes drug store. They've been charged with multiple drug offenses.

Police say Howell was being held at the Sussex Correctional Institute on $38,000 cash bail. Kehler was released on unsecured bail.
