Local Pizza Spot Introduces New Fall Pies With Free Slices
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia pizza place is giving out free pizza on the first Friday of every month, starting today.
SliCE -- which has locations in Rittenhouse Square, the Italian Market and Washington Township, NJ -- is offering the special to introduce its limited edition fall pies.
Hungry visitors can taste-test the two October pies, including one made with Granny Smith apples, gorgonzola cheese and cranberries then topped with candied walnuts and lettuce and another made to resemble a chicken Caesar salad on a pizza.
The deal runs from noon through 7 p.m.
