Arrest Made In Chester Crash That Killed 10-Year-Old
CHESTER, Pa., (CBS) – A Chester man has been arrested in connection with an accident that killed a 10-year-old boy, the Delaware County District Attorney's Office announced Friday.
Johnathan Sharper, 26, of Chester, was arrested Friday on charges related to the accident that killed the 10-year-old in Chester on June 17 (see related story).
Sharper is charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, reckless driving and other related charges, according to the district attorney's office.
He was arraigned and bail is set at $150,000 cash bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 22nd.
