Adult, 2 Teens Struck By Gunfire In Chester

CHESTER, Pa., (CBS) – Three people were injured following a shooting in Chester Monday morning.

Officers were dispatched around 7:45 a.m. to the 300 block of W. 8th Street, in the area of the Chester High Vocational building.

Chester Police say upon arrival, officers found and followed a blood trail to a nearby home where officers were directed to two 15-year-olds that had been struck by gunfire.

One victim was wounded in the right forearm and the other in the left wrist.  Police say the victims are Chester High School students.

A third 20-year-old victim suffered a graze wound to the head.

The victims were taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center. The teens are listed in stable condition. The 20-year-old victim was treated and released.

Police are investigating this incident as a drive-by shooting and are looking for a gray later model Mercury or Caprice.

The actor was described as a Black male in his 20's with a goatee and a gray hoodie.
