4 Cars Torched In Northeast Philly Neighborhood

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Investigators say several cars were torched in a Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood early Thursday morning.

The incident happened at about 4 a.m. in the 500 block of Gilham Street in the city's Lawncrest section.

According to investigators, a total of four vehicles – two cars and two SUVs -- were torched.

Authorities stopped short of calling the incident arson, but a specialized arson dog was brought to the scene as part of the investigation.

There were no reports of any injuries.

The incident remains under investigation.
