PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Several residents are displaced after a fire at an apartment building in Philadelphia Sunday night.

The fire was reported at about 8:19 p.m. at N. 5th Street and Green Street in the Northern Liberties section of the city.

Eyewitness News is told by firefighters and neighbors that the flames started on the roof.  Fire crews were able to placed the blaze under control quickly.

No injuries were reported.

Officials say at least a dozen residents are displaced at this time.

The American Red Cross is responding to assist residents.
