Minor Changes Made To SEPTA Regional Rail

By Mike Dougherty

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - SEPTA is implementing some schedule changes today on its regional rail system.

Additional express trains have been added on the Paoli-Thorndale line during morning and evening rush hours. Express trains on the Media-Elwyn line will now stop at the Primos Station. And midday train service has been fully restored on the Lansdale-Doylestown line, eliminating the shuttle buses between Doylestown and Culmar.

SEPTA's Kristin Geiger says there are a few other changes customers should familiarize themselves with:

"It's a good idea for everyone to look online, and we have also made schedules available at Market East Station and Suburban Station for customers to pick up the new schedules to check to see if their train times have changed."

Complete schedules are available at SEPTA.org.
