PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Prince William and his wife, Kate, welcomed the couple’s first child, a son, born Monday afternoon at a London hospital.

Now that the Duchess of Cambridge has safely delivered the next heir to the British Throne, many in the Philadelphia area are reacting.

Sherisse is happy for Kate and her husband, Antwoinne, had this observation: “I’m sure he’s proud of his son. I’m sure he is, as I am proud of mine!”
