Penn State Makes List Of Top 10 Priciest State Universities For Out-Of-Sate Students

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Out-of-state students who plan to attend Penn State University will be paying one of the steepest non-resident costs in the country according to CBS News.

According to their website, Penn State is the ninth priciest state university for out-of-state students with Pennsylvania residents paying $31,000 and non-residents paying $43,084.

CBS News says that 30 percent of the students at Penn State are non-residents.

Coming in with the highest cost for out-of-state students is the University of California with prices ranging from $52,303 to $55,893.
