Woman Charged With DUI After Crashing Into Swimming Pool

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police in the 14th district say a 34-year-old woman lost control of her SUV and wound up in a swimming pool. It happened at about 10:15 Tuesday night in the 700 block of West Mount Airy Avenue.
A homeowner helped the woman from the pool and the truck had to be towed out.
Police allege the woman had been driving under the influence. She was arrested at the scene and charged with alleged drunk driving.
No injuries were reported.
