PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - More than 300 vendors and tents packed Main Street in Manayunk for the 24th annual Manayunk Arts Festival.
Year after year, this is one of the largest outdoor festivals in the area.
"We accepted this year artists from 29 states and canada," Jane Lipton, executive director of the Manayunk Development Corperation, said.
One of those artists was Geraldo De-Souza from Syracuse, New York, who deisgns custom bow-ties.
"This is more of a tie for a guy who is ballroom dancing, the guy all around town," he said.
Cecelia Garcia, from San Diego, was selling her husbands paintings:
"This is our way to knock in doors, and show the work and make it available," she said
The two-day festival also featured food from some of Manayunk's restaurants.
