The video show the male approaching the toll collection machine at the off-ramp for the eastbound exit. The suspect then crawled behind the machine and used a pair of bolt cutters to cut open the machine.

At several points during the theft, cars pulled up to pay the toll and the suspect hid behind the machine until the cars pulled away.

After obtaining an undetermined amount of coins, the suspect got up and casually walked away. Investigators say he arrived from and left towards the Wood's Edge development.

The suspect is described as a stocky white male, possibly in his late teens to early 20s with short dark hair. He was wearing a camouflage shirt and baggy pants.

Anyone with information on the suspect is urged to call the Gloucester Township Police Department at 856-842-5560.
