Natura Pet Foods Recalls Products, Again

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Natura Pet Foods, which recalled several of their pet food products earlier this year in March and April, is now issuing a massive voluntarily recall of more products. This time, they are recalling ALL of their branded dry pet food products, as well as all biscuits, bars and treats with expiration dates prior to June 10, 2014 due to the presence of possible Salmonella contamination. This includes all lot codes and package sizes.

These products include Innova dry dog and cat food, biscuits, bars and treats, EVO dry dog, cat and ferret food, biscuit, bars and treats All Lot Codes, California Natural dry dog and cat food, biscuit, bars and treats, HealthWise dry dog and cat food, Karma dry dog food – All Lot Codes and Mother Nature biscuit bars and treats.

If you have purchased these products, discontinue use and discard immediately. Symptoms of Salmonella include lethargic behavior, diarrhea, vomiting or fever.
